Absolutely Appalling Customer Service Experience.
I visited this KFC recently and was disgusted, appalled, and deeply upset by the behavior of one of the workers, named Abbie. Not only did she treat me with rude and dismissive behavior, but I also witnessed her act in the same manner toward another customer. She went so far as to laugh blatantly and make derogatory comments toward them, which made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable.
When the other customer expressed that Abbie was being offensive and making them uncomfortable, Abbie responded by laughing even louder directly in their face. The customer then asked to speak with the manager, Jeanie, who refused to come out from the back to address the situation.
It is incredibly frustrating to see such disregard for basic courtesy, especially at a well-known chain like KFC. Politeness and professionalism are basic expectations in customer service, yet they were completely absent here. This type of treatment is absolutely unacceptable, and I will think twice before visiting this location again.
I sincerely hope KFC takes feedback like this seriously and works to improve how their staff interact with customers. Abbie’s behavior was appalling, and someone with such a lack of respect and professionalism should not be working in customer service or at this establishment. The experience was so upsetting that I couldn’t even stomach the food I had paid for.

Read moreThe food was nicer than the previous visit however I don't think the chips were fresh. We arrived about 10 minutes before opening time so we were the first customers. The chips were warm, soggy and dark in colour. They had exactly the same texture and appearance of fries that had been stored overnight and warmed in the microwave. Which was disappointing. Unfortunately we used the drive through and didn't open them for a couple of minutes and by then we were on the bypass and unable to turn back so we didn't have the opportunity to ask for fresh fries which did kind of ruin the meal somewhat. We tend to go here on average about once a fortnight and in the last 18months to 2 years of going, only ONCE have they ever got our order correct first time! On the odd occasions that they do get all the food and drink right, you can pretty much guarantee that they have forgot to add the salt/wipes/sauce/mayo/forks/spoons/sugar/receipt or something else. It's become a game now for us to guess what will be missing or which meal will be wrong! The best/funniest one they made was when two of us ordered Pepsi with the meal and each were given a large 1.5 or 2 litre (not sure which they sell there) bottle rather than a regular individual bottle!?! Read moreOrdered though just eat many of time and there is always items missing and my recent order was completely wrong to the point I couldn't eat it, I rang the restaurant over 20 times and when I finally got to speak to someone (over email because theres actually no way to speak to a person) he said he new I'd been calling for a while and he also told me it's not his problem and to contact just eat. To say how expensive kfc is when your feeding 3 and NEVER have I had a order and everything I ordered be in it there's ALWAYS items missing or the items were wrong. Just Eat said they would contact me with in 24 hrs to give me a refund but 8 days later I got a email saying there investigation is closed and I will not be getting my refund...I argued it for days so they said they would give me credit of £6.50 to my just eat Account when my order was over £30 I told them I'll never use them again including KFC and I've deleted my account with them and they said well we can only credit you on your just eat account and not send you the money back.....it has been a nightmare and I'm still walking away with no refund.......don't waste...
