Well unfortunately trying to use a Blue Light Card here will result to the most unsubstantiated explanation that you have used your 20% discount. First of all complained that the bill didn't include the discount which was confirmed by one staff member who checked in the system and who afterwards called the so called manager to resolve the issue. Here the absurd justification starts. Now according to her apparently the computer program on the till knows best and it saved us money by not applying the discount but instead did it's own calculation which was the cheapest option for us. I mean just by using simple math you can calculate what your bill is and how much 20% discount on the bill would be. For the sake of my wife i didn't bother to take make a bigger fuss while other patrons were still there and to argue with the said "pro manager". Simply just by doing a calculation on a piece of paper she could see that she is sooo wrong and honestly i am wondering how and if she did her GCSE Maths. There's not enough bar staff, so you generally have to wait a long while to be served.

It doesn't seem to take much for the wait times for food to shoot up, sometimes waiting up to an hour for food.

They often have issues with the food supply or something not working in the kitchen, causing parts of the menu not available.

If you order your steak to be cooked to your preference, rare, medium rare, etc. You'll get something different, especially as the hot plate continues to overcook your steak once served to you.
