Poor quality food and service and place iso filthy. We ordered a bbq chicken bacon and cheese panini and a ham, tomato and mustard sandwich. Arrived with no bbq sauce on the chicken bacon and cheese panini and it was only just warm and the amount of mustard spread on the ham, tomato and mustard sandwich made it inedible. We scrapped as much of the mustard off as we could but alot had soaked in to the soggy bread which meant it was just inedible. The cost of the snack was unreasonable and shall never visit again. I looked into the kitchen when I visited their toilets and wished I had seen the kitchen before ordering the food as I would not have ordered as kitchen looked filthy. One of the staff members serving food kept picking up and eating nibbles from the kitchen so you have to ask about food hygiene and good food hygiene practices. It is a shame this place is so poor as it's a lovely setting. Come on it can't be difficult to keep things clean and serve good food for the prices you are charging expected so...

This place is poorly managed and understaffed, I hate leaving negative reviews but you can’t serve undercooked pizza, it took 40 minutes for pizza to be served and the dough was still raw, there answer was “our pizza dough is always soft” I’m sorry but no, that’s a terrible excuse, it’s pizza dough, it’s not hard to cook. The staff are rude and obnoxious, I’m not sure if the chef is just under qualified or is provided with cheap nasty ingredients, I’m sorry but pizza sauce was shocking, but worse was the sausage they used in their pizza, it was cheap nasty frozen sausages you’d find on a burger van. Either give up pretending to be something your not, or buy the right foods to serve, I’m not surprised that I heard people complaining about a sandwich....a sandwich for God’s sake, how do you mess up a cheese and onion sandwich. Avoid this place if I were you, over priced terrible food and service. I wish I could give...

I was here for a relaxing afternoon to meet up with family member that I don’t see often, we decided to get a coffee, I went in to the cafe and waited in the que the young lad at the ice cream part asked me if I wanted an ice cream I replied no thanks I would like a coffee he told me to que the other side so I did and after Waiting 10 mins for to be served I was told to que the other end which is where I was in the first place, the older lady was rude to me and told me to wait at the back and by this time the que was very long, she refused to serve me till I had moved so in the end I walked in to town and got a coffee, I’m from Grimsby so my fun afternoon had been spoilt by a rude assistant who was unorganised and unprofessional , there was no signs to say where to que either, I have put a 1 star rating just so I can post this so really they...
