New owner driving the business doing all the right things IMO. A little more attention to detail please. Refresh the dirty menus, get it a little warmer please and whites need to be white. At this price point I expect sliced roast ham joint, local eggs and local bakery muffin. Cooked the poached eggs well and made the best of the Ingredients no complaints. Great little gem to be found in Petworth despite the ongoing covid 19 health and safety procedures this business has it sorted from distanced tables service wheeled over on a trolley you are still able to enjoy delicious fresh coffee fruit teas cakes sandwiches and other delicious treats. The staff are delightful welcoming smiling and cleaning constantly wiping over seats tables etc after every customer, this is very reassuring. I am giving it four stars only because I found it a bit pricey, but overall I loved food and atmosphere. It seems that it is family owned (the shop assistant was working there with her dad at the time we visited). I had a coronation chicken toastie and coffee and my kids had tuna sandwich and hot chocolate which they said was delicious.
