Cream in My Cone — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

Went there today wanting to get some ice cream, guy in the other side was pretty quiet once he served he should have came to me, nope served the next person even though I was first, when I had left because clearly customer service isn’t important 3 woman sitting behind the back chatting, I like to think three people didn’t go on their break at the same time, and leaving just one out front he should have made them Aware if he was going ignore me that I needed served. Won’t be back Edit, The male server did see us, he was putting on gloves looking around to see who he should serve next, I would have had no issue with him serving that person if a simple acknowledgment I was there I would have waited no problem and the three girls I can assure you they weren’t working one with kind of red hair was sitting not doing anything another girl next to her laughing and not doing anything and the third with brown hair was standing also laughing I can assure you they weren’t working. I can see why they would tell you something different, but I can guarantee that was not the case, if you do have a bell which we never saw you should maybe make that more clear. Popped in with my wife for an ice cream and wow I was surprised.... The selection was great and the quality of the ice cream was fantastic, I tried strawberry and mint, while my wife had pistachio and cookie crumble, we were both very impressed, I think it's probably the best cone I've ever had..... fast friendly service would highly recommend... We will...

Very small scoop and cone for the price, barely pushed down into the cone at all so the scoop kept on trying to fall off the cone.
