As tourist Had one of the worst experience the owner at the counter was very rude to my friend and for Someone who does not understamd japanese food please note you will be shocked if you ask questions he would tell u go and open your own resturant for no reason. Very very shocked I told Him please don’t do this to customers and requested him to treat people with respect and dignity regardless where they came from and if they ask questions and buy things treat them with respect. I had an awful experience at Genki Sushi and Ramen. I ordered a vegetarian dish, only to find fish cakes in it. The staff initially apologized after realizing the mistake, but when I asked for a refund, they shifted the blame, claiming I should have specified I wanted vegetarian. Was very very quiet when my wife and I went, so that may have impacted the overall quality of the food.
