So disappointed
I have on and off made purchases from here for years. Recently I have had a baby, it's an emotional rollercoaster. Your nervous of where is baby friendly
I was very surprised to learn O'Briens weren't. They are in a food court that's has a family eating area. My friends baby had been screaming and the hot water in her flask used to heat the milk (from the out side - it's instant milk) had for some reason not stayed warm when this upset mum asked for help and if she could have some boiled water (m&s, Costa, starbucks all do this no issues) she was told no they can't give this over.
The distraught mum then had to get the cleaners to help her get water. Honestly I understand health and safety nonsense but if M&S etc don't have a issue helping then why do you ?
I will never buy from this franchise again. Yes it was only the odd sandwich or cuppa so won't dent your business but I just wouldn't feel ok to support a business that doesn't help out a mum close...

Wow. Sorry if it's a different business can't find an update for...
