Domino's Pizza - Edinburgh - Colinton — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

Ordered 3 pizzas at 16.20 to be delivered at 17.15. In the past this has never been a problem as its a 5min drive from the outlet to where I stay. However, on this occasion not only was the pizzas late ☹️ by 25mins they were only warm at best. After asking the delivery driver why he was so late he explained that he had 3 other deliveries and he did not understand as he knew very little English. Now I can't blame the diver for not having a good grasp of English however someone at the outlet should make sure that deliveries are made to ensure they have a reasonable chance of being delivered on time or nearly on time and that the food is reasonably hot. Will not sadly be using Dominos again as the standards have been slipping of late and that is unacceptable....

Our first Domino's pizza. Since ordering, the updates were pinging fast on the app, and only about 20 minutes after ordering it had been out for delivery to our Travelodge 2 miles away. So we came to the reception straight away, thinking it must be minutes. 30 minutes later the app pinged saying Delivered so we called Domino's who said it's still on its way. When we finally got the call from the driver it had been 50 minutes since leaving Domino's. After travelling without a possibility of hot food all day, we ate our luke warm pizza with already hardened cheese.

Awful customer service, I ordered a big garlic dip and I received a bbq (that’s the main reason I order a dominos) when I phoned I told the man that answered that I had the wrong dip and the bbq wings were freezing cold and wrong, but the pizza was hot and his exact words were “they are not cold” very unhelpful and rude and didn’t understand much English, I asked to speak to the manager but he told me he was the manager….. so annoyed at the way we were spoken too (dominos is expensive and usually a treat) we would not order from here again will stick to papa johns going forward they are so helpful...
