Domino's Pizza - Edinburgh - Corstorphine — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

I would never use this Domino's again.

I ordered later at night due to work reasons but relied on the effective and convenient delivery of Domino's to save the day.

I had trouble understanding the person on the phone when I was ordering, but we got there in the end.

I sat waiting for the delivery and after an hour it became obvious that something wasn't right.

I called the shop and was told that the driver had been to the hotel, called me and texted me. Needless to say, no missed calls and no text on my phone!

Turns out that he had the wrong number and hadn't the sense to call the shop and find out of there was a problem with the number.

My food bill was refunded....which was a kind offer and I was assured that it WOULD be hot upon it's re-delivery.

However, the food was barely luke warm and not good enough to eat.

So now I'm stuck with no dinner! I called to point this out and then rude manager ended up offering to make a fresh order.....but I had to point out that it would be gone 11pm before it even arrived. Not acceptable.

A terrible experience after past good experiences with other Domino's.

I ordered a pizza for delivery from Corstorphine and after an hour delay and no delivery I contacted branch. I contacted them several times and received phone calls from delivery driver who was unable to find us!!!!

I was about to give up and cancel order however John stepped in and got a new pizza ordered to us very swiftly. He also refunded the cost of pizza due to inconvenience so this company definitely deserves to be supported!!! The pizza was the freshest and best I have tasted in a long time !!!! My daughter agrees!!!!

Thank you to John and all at Dominoes pizza and the delivery driver …. Delivery driver was too swift to accept a tip...

Liars!! I ordered pizza for delivery- they called me to cancelled my order due to long delays 2-3h. I supposed to receive money within 3-5 working days. Called them few days to double check if everything is fine because I didn’t received my refund…They told me they done everything fine etc and the problem is with my bank… Liars! After calling them 6 times!!! They finally gave me a number to customer service and the guy there told me that no one even done that refund! He done this on the phone with me and after just hours I finally received my refunds… And say sorry for them to lied to me… Really poor service in...
