Eastern Pavilion — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

First thing we noticed was the sauce you get with popadoms was poured back in to the jug it came from then given to other customers when ordering. Disgusting practice of supposed to be a decent restaurant. There was a child cough all over it and dipping his popadom in several times. Then whilst trying to eat my meal a waiter was stretching over me whilst I was trying to eat my food to get a metal plate they use to cover the food. I'm just trying to give you more room he said. I didn't need more room but certainly don't want someone leaning over me speaking to me whilst I eat. As for the food it was just bland boring curry with no real flavour. Wont be returning to this place. No atmosphere either with no music in a nearly empty restaurant. Waiter stood at bar staring at my wife with every forkful she had which was very off...

Went to support a local restaurant and was very disappointed we were the only people there and they got our orders wrong and when I told them they were wrong they did look to correct it but again they got it wrong again to the fact that I never had my main totally was so disappointed and left hungry. Even when we told them they got the order wrong .. which they knew as they came to us before we said we still payed full price even when they could see we never ate our meal I now know why when we pass the restaurant why even on a weekend...
