Wok Ninjas — Local services in City of Edinburgh

Well this is my local takeaway and I have had many without any issues. But the last one I ordered made me terribly sick. I had nothing else to eat that day so I know it was from this restaurant. That night I was sick multiple times. And when I say sick I mean SICK. I was ill for the next 4 days. Having contacted the company through online chat the following week, I was told they Reject my claim and that they check all their food daily. But as a goodwill gesture I can get 50% off my next order from this shop. Sorry but I have just had food poisoning from you so the last thing I want to do is get another order from you. I was refused a refund. I will never order from your shop again and I hope you treat any future complaints better than the arrogant reply I...

This started off as a phenomenal place for food. The food itself is still good but the ordering process is becoming a joke with constant mistakes being made. Tonight's order managed to get two dishes wrong and whilst they corrected the first issue with a replacement, we ended up eating at different times. The second error I did not even phone back about as by this time ..... I was thorough brassed off. ..... the third order on the run where something was wrong. ....... When you are spending £30.00 and more on something that is a luxury ... non essential ..... its not good. ..... they will not know just how fed up I am until the penny drops as my orders dry up. ...... I never write reviews but after finishing my dinner tonight I thought let’s do it!! Absolutely outstanding food every single thing we ordered was perfect, unlike the majority of Chinese restaurants around my area who serve absolute dog food blootered in salt.

Hats off to this new establishment I hope you continue to serve incredible food and don’t cut corners down the line like everyone else.

I’m going to bed with a full belly happy and satisfied wishing I ordered more and cannot wait till next week for my next banquet!!...
