Very busy. Only ever 1 person serving and 1 doing online orders. Waited 20 minutes for a coffee. Greggs used to be amazing even though it was expensive. Now you can't get in the shop for the cue of people coming out of it. They need more staff seving customers. Online orders should NOT have priority. Absolutely shocking service.
