Greggs — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

Very busy. Only ever 1 person serving and 1 doing online orders. Waited 20 minutes for a coffee. Greggs used to be amazing even though it was expensive. Now you can't get in the shop for the cue of people coming out of it. They need more staff seving customers. Online orders should NOT have priority. Absolutely shocking service. Takes far too long to order. Every single greggs is the same. I'm giving up with no coffee. Be quicker nipping home! Make sure you have extra time before visiting any greggs. I have been using the store for eight years and I have seen many changes in the store.
