I have to preface this by saying, I realise it's a Subway in a service station and not some fine dining palace, but... I ordered using the app for click and collect, thinking, "I get a short lunch, this will be quicker." I was mistaken. Chaos. Three staff in there, all working over the top of each other (normally in a Subway you get the organised production line). Was given a collection time of 1.40 and was still waiting at 2. I could almost forgive the wait, if I hadn't watched multiple people walk in off the street and get their orders before me. Then as my bag was being packed, the lass proceeded to drop my bottle of pepsi on the floor before picking it up and putting it in the bag nicely shaken for that satisfying sticky sugary fountain when you come to open it. I finally get my order and start to walk out, when I realise that two items are missing - so I turn back and alert staff, who provide said missing items quickly, but qualify it with, "sorry, the till is only printing half orders." You don't have to lie to me. I see you're busy and harassed and not on your game today - don't blame the till. Won't be an outlet that...

No one wears the mask to serve you,the man who attended me, make a tetris with his fingers with my chicken to place only a few pieces of chicken, when I said, really man, the woman next to him started to look at me bad. When the man finished the worst subway I've ever seen. I am going to pay and the woman who began to look at me bad, on the return of my change gives me less money. It seemed to me that she did it wanting to, because when I claimed a second after seeing that was missing money, she took over 1 minute to return my correct change.
After using the Hand Sanitiser it seems maybe to be that they mix it with water or something, since not only does it not smell alcohol or something similar, the texture looks like water...
Read moreWorst Subway experience ever! These people need retrained. I’ve been looking forward to the vegan sub for ages. I went today and I asked “which bread is vegan?” The guy said “all of them”. I know that’s not true so I had to google it. Then they didn’t know the prices if I added a drink and crisps. I was unsure if they used the vegan garlic sauce as I had zero confidence at this point. My husband who isn’t vegan got the steak and cheese. When I opened our subs, I smelled one and it didn’t smell of meat and it was mushy like a Pattie so I guessed that was mine. It wasn’t! It was bloody steak. I was then physically ill just by the thought of it as I haven’t ate meat in 10 years. What an awful experience. Put me in a bad mood. Oh, I also had to go back for my crisps and my husbands cookie as they didn’t put it in the bag....
