Le Di-Vin is an exceptional spot to catch up with friends over excellent wine and food. It has quickly become one of my favourite places to visit in the city. The selection of wines is truly outstanding, with an impressive array of both red and white wines from around the world, and the staff are always on hand to offer their expert recommendations. Their charcuterie boards are the most generous I have ever had, and you can easily make a meal out of them. The building that houses Le Di-Vin is an old Polish church, and it is absolutely breathtaking. It's easy to lose track of time here, and I always do.

What an amazing wee hidden gem, I had no idea this place was tucked away round the corner from the main drag on Queensferry road. Stopped in to book the raclette platter for 4 for my brothers birthday in April. Please don’t just rock up and expect to order this as you need to give 48 hours notice, which gave me the perfect excuse to nip in for a quick pint of locally made thistly cross and some Pringles which I must say looked a bit out of places with the backdrop of fancy wines but this is no snobby wine bar everyone was lovely and I can’t wait to be back. Top marks! X

Le Di-Vin is an exceptional wine bar that has quickly become a local favorite. Housed in a stunning converted Polish church, this elegant establishment offers an outstanding selection of wines from around the world, with an impressive array of both reds and whites to suit every palate. The staff are true wine connoisseurs, providing expert recommendations to elevate the experience. The oven-baked Camembert and French Snails are truly exceptional and delicious, which are good pair with the expertly wines. A must-visit for any wine lover in the city.

Very sad to give one star as previous experience has been exceptional. In December we booked a large table for our antenatal group and had a marvellous time, the staff were so accommodating with pram space and the babies in general. Yesterday we booked again, the difference was the owner was in. She was so incredibly rude and a hostile towards us when a baby would make a sound. This caused an awful tension which set all the babies off and the most placid babies become unsettled. She actually came up to us and told us that we were stressing her out and the babies were giving her a splitting headache. Keep in mind that the only other people in were three lads having pints so you would think she would have welcomed the business at 1pm on a Monday. It is such a shame we were treated like this as none of us will ever return (with or without babies). She told us she has three children of her own so you would think she would be more understanding...

We had an incredibly disappointing experience here. We came in around 7pm for wine and charcuterie and were sat right away by a kind hostess. Then a gentleman (seemed like the manager, maybe even owner?) came up and said ā€œthis table is reserved, I don’t know who told you to sit here.ā€ We explained, he moved us to a table upstairs, seemed fine. We got our wine order….and then were never approached by a waiter again. The larger party also sitting in the upstairs section actually got up and waved and shouted down to the bar to get someone’s attention so they could finish their meal. Despite someone finally coming up to them, still no one ever came up to us. We finally got up, closed out at the bar, and left. We’re generally very understanding of the service industry, but the restaurant wasn’t even very busy and we waited for a very long time...

Hidden wine bar just off Charlotte square with a lovely selection of wine

I really like this place, it is hidden behind Le Petite Folie in a beautiful building with a glass roof . The selection of wine is great and the staff are very friendly. The wines are in a huge display over the bar and there is also a little balcony area that you can reserve.

It seems very popular as an after work drinking place as it is full of businessy types from about 4pm. The food is distinctly average but not bad for the price. Some reviews say its overpriced but I can't agree - the shared platters of charcuterie and cheese are pretty good, very filling and only marginally dearer that a chain pizza from round the corner. The homemade soup delicious too. I say...
