Had a great experience today printing some large, specific sized documents with heavy paper. While I got into some initial difficulties emailing my document due to file size, the lady serving me was really patient and lovely about it even when they became really busy with people all over the shop, while I persisted in downloading again with smaller file sizes. There was a small wait only while others at the till were helped. Overall a great experience considering they don't only do printing and have many different printers and settings to know about, with people coming in with all different types of files, sizes and formats. Only annoying thing is when you see any pricing about it doesn't tell you about the unavoidable 'computer use' charge.... How else do you get the document to them for printing 😂🤷 bit...

Dreadful experience. Went in at 5:15 to get 20 A3 documents scanned, they said that's fine. Then the person behind the counter proceeded to get increasingly stressed and flustered and running back and forth to the the other counter as the other member of staff disappeared. I said it's ok I'm in no rush so waited 30 Minutes. They didn't even finish the job as the printer kept crashing and to add insult to injury the scans are woeful, blurry and low res. At the same time they also kept acting as though I had forced them to do some incredibly difficult and time consuming task, rather than scan 20 bits of paper. If you don't want to do it, don't take the job, I'll go somewhere else and I encourage others to do the same. Wasted my...

Does not even one star! The staff is very rude and have zero empathy towards customers! I went to get prints and the lady with short hair in her 30s was so rude and the other guy wearing specks was also least bothered in helping out. This is not the kind of behaviour I was expecting from Ryman stores, definitely not gonna visit again and would not even recommend my friends. I had to wait 20 minutes only to get a printout and cherry on the cake was her rude frustrated behaviour. Ryman should look into this seriously because they are going to lose on lot of customers and the store being on a prime location makes it a serious issue.
