To begin with, my experience was a huge disappointment. I came here reading the good reviews, and I was very excited to have some nice coffee. However, if I could give zero stars, I would have. The customer service was terrible and very unfriendly. I was ignored, and the barista was ignorant. But, the biggest disappointment was with my latte order. Please see the images for reference.
