Located very near to the main tourist attractions this place is an ideal stay option when visiting the city. It has bus stops for #1, #34 & #35 located just at their entry, making connectivity very convenient. The entry to the building required a key card or direct phone call at the reception. The contact number is mentioned at the entrance. There might be nobody sitting at the reception so calling via phone is the only option! The lovely staff let you in, and give a quick tour to the (awesome) facility and take you to your room. Facilities: free access to coffee maker, that makes world class coffee and hot chocolate. Though the booking includes breakfast you can also access the fully functional kitchen if needed anytime. Living room setup with a huge TV. Many comparatively less huge smart TVs with headphones. A pool table and some board games. Library, study tables with lamps, more sofa. Large tables for leisure or work. Paid use of Washing machine/ Laundry and a snacks and drinks dispenser. Your room: will include a comfortable double bed with spring mattress, 2 tables, a chair, kitchenette with utensils, and a private bathroom. Ours had a view to the canal, but no worries, the whole city is beautiful and whichever side room one gets it will be a beautiful view. I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Vita Student! The accommodation is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. The amenities—from the study spaces to the gym and social areas—are top-notch and make student life so much easier and more enjoyable.

The management team is incredibly professional and responsive. A special shout-out to the assistant manager, Brad, who truly goes above and beyond. He’s always approachable, quick to help with any issues, and genuinely cares about making sure residents have a great experience. His positive attitude and efficiency really make a difference!
