Palmyra Pizza — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

It had been a fine evening of confabulating over caviar canapés and a few glasses of father's 1996 Dome Perignon Rose Gold Methuselah, but the whistling draught coming from the red curtains behind my chaise lounge whipped me into rapid spontaneity. I felt the most encouraging urge to abandon these daily comforts and dabble in some light basse couture. Never had I tasted the famous kebab that plebians so often worship on plights of foolish debauchérie. So entered I did, into the tungsten overladen, plastic chaired, pizza-scented kebab centre. The drunk plebians were not as frightful as one had anticipated. The gentleman providing the service was an authentic serviceman, Stern but patient, experienced and hardworking. I chose a donner kebab for my first kebab experience and was astonished at the speed at which it arrived - approximately 3 seconds later - just enough time to notice the poster of Damascus on the right. The kebab was fine, a solid 8/10, the spice level was unexpected but i enjoyed the challenge - imagining myself as a refined Hancock. I did find myself struggling to blend in, perhaps the monocle should have stayed in my pocket. De toute façon, it was a splendid adventure, perhaps the best one of...

Shocking customer service! we asked to be called as we are in an apartment block and the delivery guy rang us shouting down the phone "hello" and "you want me to F@#k you" and when i got to the door he was unbelieveably rude. when i asked how much the order was he said "take a look your self " and shoved the recipt at my boyfriend, my boyfriend had to get the food from this guy because of what he said to me on the phone. He is extremely lucky i paid him...i dont pay for bad service and he didnt get a tip...but my boyfriend handled it...as i was scared to go collect my order. I would like to get a full refund for this Horrid behavior and the way this guy spoke to me and treated my boyfriend tonight. without a doubt ill be ringing to complain tomorrow. if i lived in edinburgh i would NEVER order from these guys again! lovely day ruined by this man! disgusting. i think you need a new delivery driver and listen to your customers that are spending their hard earned money on yourselfs i am so...

Absolutely terrible customer service!!!! Order food to our hotel, website stated it would arrive in 30mins. Went down stairs to the enterence to wait after about 15 minutes. Waited for ONE HOUR inside and outside the hotel doors before finally giving up and going back up to my room. When I got up I received a voice mail saying they are outside and will cancel order if I do not come. I go back downstairs to find nobody there, the man at the hotel desk says no one has been so I give up. To the find that I will still be being charged for my order!!!!!!!!! They state they were outside for 20minutes which isn’t possible as I was stood there for so long. I highly recommend NOT to ever use...
