Subway — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

Terrible experience mixed with JustEat. I bought a meal for 2 and I received 2 stone cold 6 inches, 3 cookies and one of them not only broken but it looked BITTEN! Half liter of Pepsi Max instead 1,5 liter. And not received nachos to share . Result? Phoned the store, the guy was so in rush he didn't try to listen to me and he said: THE ORDER HAS NEVER BEEN DONE. But if I got the 2 panini in front of me! And the receipt is all correct. I told him I received something and I was told to contact JustEat to get the refund, and JustEat told me I am not eligible for it..2 huge pathetic chains. Stay away from them! Wasted 20 pound for NOTHING! GOD...

Good staff service but as I was ordering there was this young man I would say about 5,11 with Jordan’s as he bragged about them while entering the shop, as I ordered my food he interrupted me by shouting “ THE USUAL MATE” as he slung his red and black lumberjack jacket onto my chair that had been reserved. I stood there in awe as I was rudely interrupted mid order. All the staff seemed terrified of him as they trembled before this beast of a boy while he whipped out his Xoami 11T and logged into his subway app to find that he could save money because of a sub squad. Won’t be back in fear...

This place is a disaster. It’s says it’s open to 8 o’clock at night always shuts early. The website always says it’s open when it’s closed. Some of the staff are hiding through the back so remember to make a noise to get service. Remember and repeat your order 3 times as they are not interested in eye contact or listening skills. Do your self a favour and go to the Subway at the garages at sighthill and Chester they will have everything as half way through your order This lot then tell you they have run out of sauces or vegetables 😡😡😡 wish I could give no stars but won’t...
