I visited The Dunstane restaurant a couple of weeks ago to try their new menu and was blown away by the quality of the food. The menu celebrates the finest seasonal and locally sourced produce, and you can tell how much care and attention has gone into carefully curating the dishes.
We enjoyed the Highland rack of lamb and dry-aged sirloin of beef. Couldn’t fault the mains, both were presented beautifully and tasted as good as they looked. The lobster ravioli with the beef was outstanding, would have loved more of this but all the flavours complimented each other so well.
The pistachio brûlée was out of this world, such a unique dish but the flavours were stunning and worked so well together.
Whilst the menu is at a higher price point, I highly recommend booking for a celebration or special occasion. Such a lovely...
