The Maharajahs — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

I ordered food from their website. Didn't get an email confirmation of the order. Order wasn't delivered on time. Couldn't get through to the restaurant on the phone number on their website. Finally managed to chat with someone who said the order will be delivered in the next 10 mins. I got a call a few minutes later from the restaurant that 2 items are not in stock and cannot be delivered. So I asked them to cancel the full order and process a refund. 5 days later, the refund has still not been processed, and I can't get through to the restaurant. Avoid this place!...

I ordered food from uber eats. Lets start from the fact that when food arrived, there was a missing item. Ordered food was disgusting! I have never tried to eat something so bad. Chicken biryani is literally a dry rice with spices and two raw chicken parts with bone(which is not mentioned anywhere). Not touched at all as not eadible.
