Went today to the newly reopened Tesco cafe had a terrible experience, ordered the caramel cinnamon milkshake thing and a chocolate milkshake arrived instead, good thing I don’t have any allergies. Milkshake had ice in it and it tasted disgusting! How do you mess up a milkshake that badly. Ordered a cheese and ham panini and it arrived without the cheese! Just ham! I complained and they remade it but by the time it arrived my partner had already finished eating his food, hate spending money for a rubbish experience it just feels a waste! All the tables around the cafe were filled with dirty plates, loads of staff but only one person clearing the tables. I used to run a restaurant, there’s no way I’d have like 7 members of staff doing nothing when my cafe was a tip giving out poor food and service! Read moreSince the Clifton Moor Cafe has been refurbished. It has massively gone down hill. The automatic kiosks have taken away the personal service, they're slow at times. If they go down there is no way to pay or order food. Bring back cash payments and maybe your regular customers will return. Won't return till you go back to how it use to be. Personal service, staff look miserable and unhappy and seen many customers complaining...
