Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

I am a 70 year old lady, who was totaly embarrassed by a member of staff at the clifton moor costa, I asked for a large D caffeine coffee and a large regular coffee, she charged me £8 for the 2 which was what it said on the board, I had a free coffe on my app so i scanned it and she gave me £6 change from a £10 note, she started making me an oatmeal coffee i said thats not my order, she repeted several times that it was what i had asked for, and saying she repeted to me what i had ordered, prople were looking at me like i was stupid, fortunately another member of staff steped in and asked to make me the regular coffee. this member of staff also gave me a refund saying i had been charged £4.45 for the oatmeal. June 15 2025 York Clifton more. Fire Alarm sounding over than 20 minutes10.30 till after 11am staff serving no explanation . Asked staff key not working to turn it off. Manger going to another store for another key. This is so poor unbelievable giving people headache, if I could of got money back I would of. So disappointed will put this in all my reviews as this shouldn't happen with a company of your size. I doubt you take any notice as you make to much money and this will end in the bin. On your own site but error messages when you try to complain

5 stars for the barista, 1 star for the girl on the till. I asked for 2 teabags for 1 person. Price charged was the £4+ for 1 tea, I couldn't get through to her so gave up & settled for 1 teabag so she subtracted the 2nd tea she had charged me for. Got to the barista & asked why I should be charged for 2 teas when I asked for 2 teabags. She then chipped in with her statement that she took it off the bill, then a teenage style eyeroll & flounce off. He said you ask for 2 teabags, (which I did) & added a second to the pot, no fuss.
