I've been twice now since it has re-opened and its an absolute shambles, my first visit was just before they officially opened to the public as part of their "soft opening" so I initially dismissed some of the issues as teething problems, after all that's what the soft opening was intended for, to catch any problems that may arise.
My second visit yesterday was nearly a month after opening, and still the same issues.
It took nearly 30 minutes to process the order after the self service kiosk took payment but didnt process the order correctly, and it never got sent to the kitchen, just a generic error telling me to go to the counter.
Nobody was on the counter when I went over to sort the issue, it took 2 managers to sort the machine who had no clue what they were doing, spent forever fumbling around with a receipt printer which was completely unrelated.
Once the order was called they had forgotten two of the burgers, when we sat down to eat, the burgers were stone cold, the onion rings were burnt and tasted acidic.

No health and safety standards as I saw female in non uniform prepping the burgers with her long hair NOT tied up, no gloves, no face masks whilst preparing the meals. Saw 3 deliveroo drivers come in wanting to collect their orders with no one at the till and the orders were ready. The staff who served us asked if we were eat in or take away, advised take away, then they served the food to us on a tray! Asked for bag, gave the SMALLEST paper bag when we had 2 meals, burger and share box. Had to ask for ANOTHER bag which they gave a SMALLER paper bag. At least the order was correct...... I watched the food been cooked in front of me, yet when I was packing the burgers, they were lukewarm!? Service so slow, the food went cold! Got home and reheated the food, ate it and unfortunately it's the worst! Standards gone down and food taste bland! When I was leaving, 5/6 people queuing.... Read moreWe were so happy that Burger King reopened. We visited for the first time this evening and it was absolutely shocking. Firstly the waiting time was ridiculous over 20 mins for our food. Once we received our food we noticed a meal was missing . I told the lass behind the till that we ordered 3 meals so I never questioned the £18 charge as it seemed about right. Only to find out that they had only changed us for 2 meals. The lass behind the counter looked so scared and shocked that I told her the prices worked out at £9 per meal and it was bang out of order. Also no drinks holder was given for the journey home. When we got home we saw the the meals are not worth the money at all the chips were very salty and only got about 6/7 chips and the drinks were flat. Absolutely shocking so cross really need to sort it out. Will not being back. Staff need more training and management needs to be sorted out. Very very very...
