Beautiful setting, very elegant. Sadly as my partner and I came in to escape the cold and enjoy a relaxed glass of red, we stood at the very quiet bar for over 15mins without even an acknowledgement. The bar tender, a tall bearded man, was obviously very busy doing another order for a hotel guest, however whilst doing so, didn't acknowledge us waiting or even welcomed us as we walked in - not even eye contact or a smile. We waited a little longer, he left the bar (!!!!!!!!) still no acknowledgement. After the full 15mins wait and being totally ignored in a very quiet and dead bar, we decided to leave and go enjoy our evening elsewhere.
