Always a warm welcome from every member of staff, combined with a warm atmosphere created by you and your clients. My son and daughter-in-law appreciate, both, the dog-friendly and human-friendly reception. This has ensured that the Biggen Hall has now become ‘our family local’. The sensibly priced and good quality wine pleases ‘the ladies’ in our family, whilst the consistently well-kept and tasty real ale adds to the relaxed experience. Never in the 15 years of living near this pub have I had to deal with the noise nuisance, drug taking, fighting and just general yobbish behaviour as I did last night. Owner seems to want to have youngsters parties every weekend with 2 fights happening just last night. Offensive music blaring with people coming in and out after fighting on the street outside with a bottle being thrown into the Binley Road. Owner didn't seem to care as she just allowed it to carry on all night. Is the owner going to come and collect the hippy crack canisters from the surrounding properties, I think not. Visiting from New Zealand and taking my nan to lunch and If honestly there was a zero star I would use it. Staff were not very welcoming. We ordered the £9.50 steak meal that came with steak usual sides and a drink. We asked for the Pepsi that came with the meal but was charged extra for the drink because we didn’t specifically say it was Pepsi max. When the steak came we asked for medium but the steak was very well done (mine looked like it has been reheated in the microwave) The chef came out and asked what the problem was we said we ordered a medium steak and she responded that’s how I do my medium.
