Disappointing food… Ordered tonight and won’t be again sadly. Had the “Mighty vegan” deal. Pizza came with a sour cream dip containing egg and milk so couldn’t have it - I’d ordered BBQ. A can of drink instead of a bottle as advertised in the deal. Curly fries were undercooked and still hard. Very little actual pizza topping. Looked nothing like the picture.

Pizza took 1 hr 40 to arrive (ordered around 10pm) and was left getting cold on the doorstep, which is where I found it when I called to chase them up. (we were sat in the livingroom which is by the front door with a dog that barks at its own shadow) Did they even knock?

Was first told it was out and would be 10 more mins. Then told it had been delivered and we found it when I opened the front door. Half cold by the time we got it - we gave up after a couple of slices as inedible.

My friends order was meant to be a “deal 1” The pizza was smaller than a side plate and the chicken wings were undercooked so also inedible. Sad to say I wish we’d just...

Can I give less than 1 star? I ordered the pizza for collection at 5pm. Arrived at the store just before 5 and when asked what I wanted, I informed the staff member that I had placed an order for collection. I gave my name and the staff member walked away and asked me if it was a vegan pizza. I said no and told her what I had ordered. She didn't say anything and walked away. After 15 minutes, another staff member asked her what she was waiting for and she told him it was a cheese and garlic bread. He looked at the slip and said the cheese and garlic is in the pizza crust. She did a face palm and brought over the food that had been sat there for ages. I got home with the food. It was cold, made me have sick burps and I know that I will never order from there again. The smoked sausage on the bbq pizza was grey and almost see through. I have no idea what...
