Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Coventry

I mean, if you don't know what you're getting from Starbucks by now, you've been living in a cave. Drinkable, whilst average coffee, underpaid staff, overpriced everything. This one is in a hotel lobby so it's sort of bustling with people coming and going to the gym, but it gives it a less clinical feel than most Starbucks and at least its carpeted so you don't feel like everyone's conversation and the coffee machine are continually bouncing off the walls and threatening to consume you. Despite its relative mediocrity, I come here a fair bit because its really convenient and pretty decent for a long chat...

The associate was friendly and warm. However, my cold brew with cream was an iced latte with cream-gross.

I tried to get in touch with them concerning my complaint and was told in a passive aggressive way that it was my fault I wasted £5 because I didn't check my drink before leaving.

A shame people cannot read in 2024

Ordered a Frap never asked for cream as I am allergic and always request sugar free vanilla syrup. Got my order 1/2 the pot was whipped cream, which I am allergic to and could have killed me!!

Also they added full on SUGAR vanilla syrup when I cannot have refined sugar and have not for 14 years!
