Disappointing. Disappointing is the word that comes to my mind after today's visit. Since burger king introduced the plant based "rebel" burger I wanted to try it. I am in support of plant based products so I was kind of excited about it. I think it might be good elsewhere. The one I got served didn't taste right and I don't want to believe it's the burger itself, so I will try it again but at a different venue. Why different venue? Because this one let me wait 20 min for my order (this is not FAST food) just to have it mixed up. In the end I just gave up. It's not worth the effort. Really good place highly recommend I recently visited this burger restaurant and I must say it completely exceeded my expectations! 🍔 The burgers were perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor, with fresh ingredients that made every bite delicious. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right, and the drinks complemented the meal perfectly. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and manager name is OWESH..I received at your Burger King outlet. I had to wait for about fifteen to twenty minutes for my order, and despite repeatedly asking, I was not given a proper response regarding the delay.

The manager named owes was particularly unhelpful and irresponsible. After a long wait, I was finally given my order, but unfortunately, the food was completely cold and not fresh.
