The horrible girl working there called “Chai” needs to learn some serious manners and customer service skills. I asked her a basic question about a voucher I had on the app and she lost the plot, so aggressive, so angry, SO RUDE. Said shouted at me “I don’t know anything about it or how it works” so you work at a costa coffee shop and you know nothing about a costa coffee customer wanting to use a costa coffee voucher on the costa coffee app which it gives to its customers for their loyalty….that makes total sense darling… Asked for their new promoted maple syrup, she snapped back “we don’t have any!”…. No alternatives offered.
Her tone of voice and demeanor was totally uncalled for and beyond rude and unacceptable. Learn basic manners and how to speak to other humans, because you seriously need to learn and be retrained. So rude and horrible to interact with.
No manager around to report her to, but don’t worry next time I’m in I’ll speak to him and also iv reported to head office also with your name.
Chill out next time and speak to people nicely like they speak to you nicely. Having a bad day? Then don’t...
Read moreThe costa coffee in lower County mall is a very appealing place. I ordered a flat white and Cortado and it was nice and strong.I was really craving coffee. Staff there are lovely and understanding. The man who served me who sounded quite posh was excellent. There's nothing like freshly ground and organic coffee that tastes strong and great. This is the place to bring your friends along in Crawley. I know it's another franchise but they are a good one. 👍 keep up the good work costa crawley. One improvement I would recommend is if they could just please mix the syrup in the drinks for example when I ordered a hazelnut latte during the Christmas period, it was a bit bitter from the top and and too sweet from the bottom. So remember to mix your coffee if it's falvoured well using the stirrers. Other than that I see nothing wrong with Costa crawley, they have a good range of options as well like their cheese and bean toasty or gingerbreadmen...
Read moreVisited the costa in the food court, overall experience was just disappointing felt like a waste of money and just a bad decision on my part. The customer service wasn’t the friendliest from the lady on the till but other staff members seemed more friendly. I ordered two small lattes, one caramel the other vanilla, the coffee was awful tasted burned and the vanilla late had no vanilla flavour whatsoever, it tasted worse than instant coffee and similar to garage machine coffee! £4.30 per coffee just was not worth at all! The cinnamon bun was pretty decent though. Perhaps try the another coffee shop or the Costa downstairs as it may be better quality and definitely a better atmosphere! The atmosphere was abit chaotic, layout not the best and the collection point was rather cramped. I will say the gentleman working in the overall food court, did a great job and keeping ontop of the leaving customers and clearing the tables during a...
