I visited this branch with a friend a few weeks ago and took the food takeaway: We felt very nauseous following our meal. The chicken was uncooked and rubbery in consistency. I thought his may be an anomaly meal and therefore contacted customer service directly rather than post a review but they very unhelpful and rude claiming that I was lying about the food even though I had proof of purchase and attempted to be polite in the email. Very disappointed with this service.

One of my favourite fast foods. They have small selection of dishes each with either rice or noodles. I love the sweet chilli chicken or katsu curry also good. They also do sushi. They have good little sit down area if you want to eat in. The staff are friendly and never have to wait very look for food. Lucky food already cooked and ready to go. Also have a selection of drinks. @saffa_foodie

Perfect for a quick bite or sit in. Food is fresh, average in quality and taste, but that balances the price wich is really cheap considering what are you eating and the portions. Sushi is prepared and packed in a box, ready to grab, the cooked food is ready, that makes the waiting time reduced to zero. If you are in a hurry that is definitely the place to go.

We had this delivered to us as first time users and eaters here. I was so disappointed. The sushi on a good note was average. The entire rest of the meal was not. Besides the sushi: I had vegetable yakai soba. They were dry, bland and not a single vegetable in sight. Literally just dry noodles without any vegetables. Please don't call something a vegetable dish when it absolutely isn't. I also had the shrimp Gyoza which was severely missing the shrimp and just tasted very bland and flour filled. The side of edamame ordered was uncooked and freezing cold. Edamame I've eaten before elsewhere they are usually cooked. These were not. Just in a tub served to us raw and we could not eat them at all due to them being so fibrous from not cooking them first.

My partner had the chicken Gyoza which was bland and flour filled in taste. The chicken teriyaki was ok. Very sweet and lacking in good flavour.

Overall very high priced for food that didn't match it's description, uncooked without flavour. It'll be cheaper just to get your sushi from the local supermarket as I couldn't tell the two apart on flavour. We won't ever eat here again. Huge disappointment for the only Japanese place in town...

Visited 21.07.24 in the afternoon. The portions and the food are always so good HOWEVER the customer service needs improvement.

There is this one lady who came across as very impatient and looked visibly annoyed while we were trying to figure out what we wanted. (We were the only customers at the time waiting to be served). We apparently took too long as she left it to the lovely south Asian girl to finish taking the order she started.

After a while my mother approached the SAME lady behind the counter to ask a question. After being ignored and my mum standing there while said lady did everything else she dismissively answered my mum’s question without any eye contact as if my mum was bothering her and she couldn’t stand the...

The food is good. When you can get it. We arrived at peak lunch time, and found there were no vegetarian options available. Nor were the staff prepared to make more. At peak lunch time, with a style of cuisine where this can hardly be difficult to cater to vegetarians. The service of the staff, who clearly don't want to be there, is not good. It's actually embarrassing. At least have the decency to apologise when this happens too.

As we move into a more plant based world, in a cost of living crisis where every customer through the door is a blessing, I would suggest you retrain some of your staff if you'd like your business to flourish and your brand to...
