McDonald’s — Restaurant in Crawley

A Very well deserved bad review: Went to this branch half an hour before closing time. Aproach the counter and waited for someone to be available to take my order. I've explained I just wanted a burguer. The young girl response was to ask me which burguer. A cheese burguer, a chicken burguer... I said: «No, no cheese. No, no chicken. The simple one you have, just meat. The one that is 1.99». She continued to ask me for the name so I've walked to the board with the tiny names of burguers and that's when she asked me if it was the HAMBURGUER for 1.19. I said YES, in relieve she got it. She then asked me again: "Do you want it with cheese? I said: no cheese, just plain. She then asked me again. "The plain burguer with meat and no cheese" - I looked at her for a split second and I almost replied: Yes, that's the definition of plain... But I just repeated "YES". As I advance to pay contactless - something I was trying to do since she ID the right burguer three repeated questions before, she asked again: "You do not want cheese?". I then KNEW. She was moking me. I should have ask to speak with the manager and present a formal complaint. But I just turned my back to her insult. At the door she says: "Bye, come again". A total disregard towards a costumer. I ask if half an hour before closing time is NOT working time anymore? They are just going to rush costumers out the door with fake politeness that is just disguised rudness? Its her job to know the name of the burguers not mine and once that it was understood my order, she was wrong in repeatly ask if I wanted cheese. How many "NO CHEESE" do you need? Its FOUR or...

McDonald's is one of my favourite fast-food restaurants. I love their chicken nuggets. no one makes a more delicious nugget like Ronald McDonald's place. I've been eating nuggets from the big M ever since I had my first six and I don't think I could go through a whole lifetime without them. however, they might want to rethink their desserts. the McFlurries are good, but they isn't all that. maybe they should try making their desserts more delicious, like burger king's Oreo milkshakes. I have brilliant ideas that could revolutionise their entire industry world-wide. if I were rich, I'd donate £967.43 to Ron McDonald himself. any why, gotta...

A guy working their , aloud a family to sit for free due to the rainy weather . I myself needed shelter as it rained while I wait for my bus . I would buy anything cheap but as the family was sitting for free ,I did the same because its expensive . And the guy shouted at me to leave the restaurant ,and I asked him why ? He did not care ,he said I must buy something to sit their .. I said to him that its bot nice to choose that way and he said he doesnt care and he shouted out his name out in the open . I think he needs support if he is stressing out people going in the store . . I wont say his name incase his a victim . But if his not a victim then you all know whats happening ....
