Chopstix Noodle Bar — Restaurant in Crawley

Went here today to have some lunch with my partner and newborn baby. We were going to order some food, but decided the feed the baby first as she was screaming. Upon arrival we asked for some hot water to heat the bottle for her which they kindly gave us.!.. I began sorting the bottle out while my partner consoled the baby and began taking her coat off so we could feed her. Within a couple of minutes a guy came out from behind the counter pointing his finger in my face and shouting at me telling me I could not do It there. I had to get food first.. to which I replied I was going to sort the baby and then order food. He continued shouting at me telling me I couldn't do it. This quickly escalated into an argument where he was shouting at us and continuing to try and antagonise us as andhe obviously wanted an argument with somebody or was having a bad day and chose to take it out on us. He would not leave it and just kept coming back over to us shouting and screaming, not diffusing the situation at all. He then he began threatening to try and get us kicked out of the centre which I apparentlylater learnt he can't actually do. I don't understand how ordering food first was more important than feeding my newborn when we were going to order anyway as soon as the baby was settled.🤣He even tried to get security to tell us to take the baby to the toilet to feed her a bottle.?!. He then lied to the security guy telling them we were trying to change the babies nappy on the table. Who in their right mind would change their baby on a dinner table in the middle of a busy shopping centre.??!!!. That was clearly what he said just to try and justify his behaviour which was clearly diagusting. He turned out the be the apparent manager of the place. What kind Hisof manager even does that. He didn't even try and talk to us before coming in my face while we had the baby with us.! His customer service skills were diabolical and I Definately do not recommend you go here, especially if you have children and want to feed them before you order food. He was rude, agresaive and arrogant and a liar. Absolutely disgusting. Won't ever go there again or recommend to anyone I know. We even got approached by another customer that recorded him saying about how disgusted she even was about it as she had children herself and she wouldn't be going back. Just a...

Used to be nice. Food is disgusting now and isn’t cooked properly (chicken is sometimes pink or burnt never a good quality. Rice is never cooked properly either) and you can see that the chef never wears gloves when cooking as he walks out sometimes or you see him through the staff door. Absolutely horrifying front counter service. New girl that works there is disgustingly rude and spoke to non-English speaking customers like they were children and got very impatient because she had to repeat something once. Was also rude to me when I showed my student card as they do student discount. Told me it was invalid because there was no expiry date (Near to no universities or colleges do this on their cards ) then proceeded to ask me if I had UNiDAYS which in no way is a verified source as you can use someone else’s email etc. Used to have friendly staff and be a nice place to grab some quick food and now has nothing...

It was in Crawley county mall store around 12:45. Horrible food and super horrible service. I ordered medium rice with Kastu chicken and sweet-and-sour chicken. I paid £7.50 which was a rip off compared to the food i got.. they gave me so little Katsu sauce and other portion of chicken that I had to eat half of my rice dry without any sauce. The service was horrible. The girls on the counter had the most pathetic impression on their face as they were forced to work. No thanks , no excuse me , no smile. The way they were serving as if they were giving the food as a charity, paying from their own pockets.
