Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Crawley

I went to get a Costa coffee using the Vodafone voucher. The vendor told me that franchises don’t accept them, which is strange because the website clearly shows that I can redeem it there. After I asked why it wasn’t possible, he then said they actually don’t have a scanner. When I pointed out the scanner on the counter, he told me it wasn’t working. Incredible how the rules changed four times in ten seconds. Terrible customer service. I understand it’s just a voucher, but he could’ve simply said from the beginning that he didn’t want to process it. The vouchers...

Very nice atmosphere in here and also very handy place to relax while awaiting an arrival or departure at Gatwick, no pressure just a nice relaxing place, I flew down from Aberdeen early in the morning to collect my kids then fly back up North at midday so rather than hang around the airport with it's £12+ for a drink and a sandwich I went into Costas had a large Latte and panini (very well priced) and say watching the world go by.
