EDIT: How am I meant to contact customer services when neither yourself or the manager have given me an email or number to contact, so your reply to my review seems likea bot has written it.
My regular go to place for pizza, not anymore! £27 for a pizza to be delivered, gets here and they have 1 out of 4 toppings correct. After calling them, they said that they would give me a call back..... no call back (after two days),I decide to call them and am told that I would get the next pizza 50% off and then corrected himself to only £5 off on the next order, to then tell me "£5 is better than nothing" which I replied, "yes, but my pizza was completly wrong" So I asked for an email address I can write in to, and being told "there is no email I can give you" (despite reading in other reviews to contact the customers services, whose lying? Due to this instance of not being bothered to call me back, I highly doubt I'll be using this store again. So if you do order from them and get a wrong pizza, forget calling them, I'm very sorry to say, even if I have ordered 106 times in total, this time I felt ripped off and thrown under the rug. Read moreUnfortunately there are no minus stars.. Pizza GoGo Crawley is absolute abysmal! On the 25/09/17 we had a small gathering to celebrate a birthday to which we ordered. Upon delivery, the delivery driver breached the private and confidentiality protocol and gave my address to an uninvited visitor, which then led to my flat being trashed and a close friend being assaulted. I spoke to Daniel (the manager) and as a good will guesture sent the same order out free of charge (great, not complaining) and a FREE voucher to use for another time for delivery only. We decided to ring tonight to redeem said voucher for Daniel to now claim we need to spend £11 to use the FREE voucher. Read moreWe ordered our pizza Sat evening only to find Hair on the pizza (not for the first time either). I phoned the shop and they sent the driver to come back and collect the pizza which he did and he apologised. I phoned the shop and asked for the refund and they refused! The manager would not give me his name and would not speak to me on the phone. The assistant informed me to contact their head office on Monday which I did, only to be told that I have to send a message through their website and ask for the refund as I paid via the Web intead of giving the driver cash at the door. It's Tuesday and I have heard nothing! And NO refund. Not even a courtesy response. As a regular customer 3yrs I will definitely not use PizzaGoGo again.
