A review of my experience, of pricing and attitude really, not so much the food.

I dined at this restaurant after reading the reviews online, with my two children, boy 4 and a girl 8 at the time. I was asked the age of my daughter on arrival to which I replied 8 years old, only to be told that she will be charge as an adult, an 8 years old child charged as an adult ridiculous I thought, But because we had got there 30 minutes early and had to wait by walking around town (me trying to tempt them with other food) to no avail, as the opening time differed from the website, my children were starving and this is what they had chosen and set their mind to, I chose to stay.

The service was good overall, we were 1st to arrive at the empty restaurant, and we saw how busy it got throughout are dining time, very popular place, and I could see why. There were couples, groups of friends, both large and small.

There was this, what seemed like a moody faced waiter in there who served us that I rarely saw smile apart from when he spoke to his what seemed to be a manager. He was the one that gave me the prices on our arrival, with a little attitude I felt. My daughter thought he was rude as well. But I let it slide, as my belly was talking to me. Lol.

The food was very nice, but not really any different than other Malaysian restaurants I have eaten in. The fact that is was a all you can eat, but the food bought to your table was great, because the food was still hot doing it this way, made it a better experience than other restaurants of the same nature where you line up.

Overall a good but very expensive meal for myself and two children under 10. I felt myself forcing food down and encouraging my children to eat more to make it worth while, and this is never good.

GOOD Good hot food. Great atmosphere when busy.

BAD Better waitering skills for some (Personal gripe) Way over charging for children. Dated decor (But...

• This is a bit of a mixed experience so here goes. • Come here on the 8th January for fiancées birthday and also had takeaways from here before and from reading the great reviews online. Let's start with the food itself.

The 3 stars is for the food only. Some were great and some not so.

• The Good: • Wasabi Prawns • Beef in black bean sauce • Chilli Beef • King Po prawns

• Not so good: • Salt and pepper squid (thick batter) • Salt and pepper prawns (way to much coating and not cooked enough as left flour taste in your mouth) • *Ribs (More fat than a sumo line dancer)

The Staff 0 * rating Could do with actually going on a training course to actually speak to your paying customers politely as we are all paying customers and not just a quick meal and get you out. None of them had any manners and you are told where to sit and not allowed to be seated anywhere else when we asked. So the table we ask to sit on as was bigger than the chessboard table we was put on was refused point blankly but 5 minutes later a couple walked in and was put on the table we asked for. Yes you could call it a communications breakdown but still a smile or being polite to your customers costs nothing.

Lastly the the people that actually come here for dinner, seriously make an effort to actually wear something nice to a restaurant, for one moment we thought we was eating at a soup kitchen. Yes you go there to eat and you’re probably saying right now “bloody nosey posh petty snobby people............ far from it. Will order future takeaways from here but a very forgettable...

Ordered for delivery through Just Eat. After an hour and 15 minutes it said my order was out for delivery, another half an hour goes by and suddenly it says delivered but we had not recieved our food and also my flat is only 7 minutes drive away from the restaurant.

I called up and spoke to a very rude man who was very unhelpful. He would not take any ownership of the situation and just kept blaming Just Eat saying they were the ones who updated the order status. I said to him that its not Just Eat its them and whoever is controlling the order updates is not very good.

When I told him that we had been waiting for nearly 2 hours for our food he said no and then went to check. He then came back and said he had spoken to the kitchen and the order is out for delivery, I advised that my Just Eat app said it was out for delivery 45 minutes ago (by the time of this part of the conversation) and he said "Well the driver has another delivery to make before yours!" to which I said "So after waiting 2 hours for my food it is going to arrive stone cold?!" To which the guy just replied "You can claim a refund through your Just Eat App". There was absolutely no apologies, no remorse and no trying to find a solution to make the situation better.

By the end of the phone call I advised the man that this is the last time we will be ordering from them and that we will be writing bad reviews on every platform we can find and then hung up on him.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! 2 hours wait for an order, cold when it arrived and very...

Came here tonight 8/1/2022 ,for my birthday with my fiancé, food was great ,staff was very sufficient , but I found the staff quite abrupt with their attitudes. Staff customer service needs a lot of improvements. Had pre-booked a table for our visit. We were the first people in the restaurant at 6pm, totally refused to give us a big table, however 2 people walked in of the Street and was given the table we had requested on entry.even though we were the only people in the restaurant. We was told the extra seating area was for an overflow at busier times. But was given out after 5 minutes. Customers were dressed like they were in the queue for the dole office. Unfortunately where this restaurant is located is a massive let down. To noisey, and no consideration for other diners. An ok experience 👌 would not return to to dine In , but will definitely still use as a takeaway.
