I’m sharing this review here because they were able to delete my original comments from the Just Eat review that I had left so this is a copy of parts of the email I had to send in order to get my money refunded. I can not believe how bad a meal this was. Before we had even tasted the food we called the store to tell them that there was food missing and could they fulfil the order and send the missing meals, this request was plainly refused and we were bounced over to JustEat to find resolution when all we wanted at the time was the additional missing meal. In the end the meal itself was a complete disaster anyway as the rice was cold, really cold. The chips were cold, the burgers were lukewarm. There was an entire meal missing having not had the additional portion of chips or popcorn chicken, two drinks were missing from the actual meals that were ordered, a normal fillet burger was delivered when it should have been a zinger meal, and then we found a hair in the box which prevented a burger from being eaten at all. If I had ordered this in the shop itself I would have never paid for it. I now have had to cook additional food as everyone has been left hungry after such a dreadful experience which completely defeats the point of ordering a delivery. Having looked back and seeing the amount of reviews complaining of the same thing I can not believe we ordered from here in the first place, and now we will be adding to the growing list of scathing reviews. I visited the KFC branch the name provided below yesterday evening 17th of January 2023 on Tuesday around 6.30 pm and would buy 6 pieces bargain bucket with kfc app 50% discounted price. I waited about 3 minutes the woman who packing and preparing the food, at the same time (Black Woman) she is cashier. that's really weird no proper cashier in KFC branch! She said "our system is broken"(as usual) we can't accept KFC app discounts and you should pay full price for 6 pieces bargain bucket. As a local, i am regular customer of this branch and they do this many times to rip their customers off. It is not new and they do this cheat everytime. I made several complaints to KFC CS last 5 years regarding this big issue, but KFC Marlowes Hemel Hempstead branch still applying this horrible and unfair behaviour. Therefore i cancelled the order left the restaurant without buying and drove to Burger King and ate there. As a result, KFC lost a customer yesterday evening. I am thinking NOT to buy any KFC food as KFC and its app is a big lie and its restaurants steals money with this way that not to apply 50% discount! i will move this complaint to every single online review platforms. I invite KFC headoffice to check and investigate this branch regularly and should seriously warn and punish this branch!

There is no issues with staff and are friendly. The issue are teenagers and especially children, all who are underage, who are smoking (e cigars), leaving the trash because they need mommy to clean after themselves, and bring food (like pizza) and more trash from other places, and just dump it there. However the real issues are the children (no adults) and not the teenagers as some group of them are constantly "anti social" because they take full advantage that no one can do anything to them. So if you see a group of children (no adult) and you see them being "offended" please take care as they intentionally will scream, start fight, Throw their rubbish (like chicken bones on the floor), and more that makes me wish there was a ban for children who are NOT supervised. But again, this is a particular group of children who are known in this area, otherwise, i can't recall anything as bad.
