Fat Roosters Hertfordshire — Restaurant in Dacorum

I ordered from this restaurant in the middle of February and was informed that my order would be arriving between 7:50 and 8:10. The order was running late so I decided to call the restaurant to find out when it would arrive. But when I tried to enquire the employee tried to rush me off the phone and in the middle of me asking a question he had hung up on me. When The order did arrive it was late, cold and the driver was clearly confused on the definition of social distancing and “leave at door” option. The customer service has clearly decreased during the few years this business has been open and I am appalled that enquiring about your order raises such rude behaviours and poor customer service. I would not recommend going here if you wanted to be treated with respect as a paying customer...

Dreadful. My partner ordered a chicken burger, fries, some spicy olives and a sticky toffee pudding.

Delivery time was reasonable but fries, while generously portioned, were soggy, greasy and cold, and quite tasteless. The seasoning on the olives was extremely salty, while my partner didn’t even finish the burger. The sticky toffee pudding went straight into the bin, because it looked horrendous. It was a stodgy, unappetising cylinder sitting on a bed of something gelatinous.

There’s simply neither passion nor care being put into the food here, clearly just frozen rubbish heated to order with no pride whatsoever. A total...

What an experience!!!!!!! Wow. upon entry to the store we were greeted by such a lovely lady and sown menus with a quick polite conversation. then we made are order the lady did tell us the food was freshly prepared so would take several minutes and sed we could sit and wait. Whilst waiting another gentleman pop over and another polite conversation then very shortly after are food arrived.
