BBQ House Kitchen — Restaurant in Doncaster

Normally the food is great and sensibly priced. Tonight was awful. The little old man cooking didn't understand anything. My friend ordered a chicken doner wrap and then sat down, I ordered (after great difficulty) a chicken and lamb shish kebab. Usually you get some dips with your bread but this time none came. My food arrived before my friend's, the lady behind the counter looked at me puzzled. I explained that we're still waiting for a dish. She explained to the old man and brought some water over, then walked off (didn't say a word). Halfway through my food my mates wrap arrives. The old man decides to go stand in the doorway and smoke, this just blew back into the restaurant. He walked back into the kitchen without washing his hands. When it came to pay, more confusion arose. It's turns out that without ordering water and the food being late, was a reason to be charged more for the wrap and then I got charged for water that my friend drank. After a few minutes arguing my friend just put the pound on the counter and we left.

The wrap was amazing.Never had anything like it before. only downside was that the tortilla they used was really chewy. The meat was very nice and the salad was fresh.

The chips on the other hand could be better. When i got the chips it was really hot which is how i like them. But the problem is that i didn't get the chips salted.

The staff behind the counter were very friendly and the wait time was really short.

Overall i would recommend this place to friends. Would go again never had anything like...

we ordered through donny eats last night (tuesday) and unfortunately it took over 2 hours to arrive from ordering (originally it stated 1 hour delivery time) we couldn’t get in touch with the restaurant as the number was constantly busy and the one connected to donny eats went to someone’s mobile. my partner ordered a chicken burger with mayo and no salad and it came with salad and no mayo. my kebab however was amazing hence why i have still given 3 stars. i have eaten here before and i have always been very impressed with the quality of the food however this is the first time we have ordered for delivery and we were incredibly disappointed with the time it...
