Ciao Pizzeria — Restaurant in Doncaster

Ordered food just after 8pm , said id receive it between 5past and 25past 9. Got it about 10pm 🤨 took it to the table opened 1 box CHIPS AND CHEESE Hmmmm opened box number 2 CHIPS CHEESE! Oh I ordered chicken kebab with side of chicken liver and bottle of water. Rang up explained to a woman who struggled to speak English. Explained it to her over and over till she said she got it and will be 20mins. I ope chips and cheese BOTH BOXES long black hairs in both boxes 🤢🤢. Delivery guy knocks at door hands me the box I explain there was hair in the 1st order and he says he will feed it back 😳. Go into the kitchen, buy this point dogs are literally having everything anyway. Open the boxes chicken liver chicken liver NO CHICKEN KEBAB. I ring back explain another guy who can’t understand English. I explain he says they will send it out, I wait 1hr call back he tells me there not sending it out and I should be happy I got chips and cheese. I try to explain about the hairs as it’s not been fed back and phone goes down and now no answer. Soooo people PLEASE GIVE THIS VILE DISGUSTING PLACE A MISS!!! If you do not speak Polish or their language forget it! They are always messing up on orders. English is not there language! I've been in there when other people have phoned up complaining. So not just me obviously! He shouted at the guy as if it was a common problem! 3 times wrong order how hard is it! I said at least 4 times on the phone what I wanted instead I got a load of crap I did not want. Now their food is good that's the problem, but theirs service and English is poor. In fact they offer to return and and fix any problem great standards professionally response you expect, but what a joke! 3 times wrong! It not money at all. I order because I want no hassle nice food not to be messed about. Same with the delivery driver. Ok lazy of me I know, I live on the same street yet they can never find me! Not fluent in English, calling from 4 streets down in like I live on your street!!!!!! FYI my family is mixed so do t judge me. I'm just not happy at all with the constant mistakes. Looks fab from the outside. Friendly speedy service. Food presented nicely (albeit in cheap throwaway plastic tray). Good selection of food. I selected the mixed kebab as chicken looked quite tasty. Had a choice of either chips, nan or rice. Asked for a nan but ended up with chips but cashier quickly resolved it with no fuss and offered an genuine apology. Donner meat was just cheap & tasted rubbery. Chicken was not bad but I've had better. The garlic sauce was very light in taste. The nan was absolutely authentic and on point. I loved the soft, warm bread and it melted in my mouth. It was the best thing in the meal. Shop has a lack of parking facility so parked on double yellows and had beggars asking for some money. Set on an awful, bumpy, potholed road. I would go again to satisfy my curiousity as they had quite a good menu selection and friendly service but apart from that.....at £7.00 for a mixed kebab, I would have expected A LOT better...
