When we walked in we were told they may be half hour wait on food which we said that fine, however we ended up being in there for over 2 hours due to delays, when we walked in it was slightly busy but after 20 minutes it was a lot quieter. The gent taking our orders was lovely& very patient with us, but overall the service was slow. I visited 2 weeks ago and the service was really bad on that day but we came back as we thought it was a one off. Being in a restaurant over 2 hours for mediocre food isn’t great. I had booked something for 8pm (table was for 6:30) as usually it doesn’t take over 90 mins for a meal (never has with me anyway)& we ended up being late& almost refused due to us getting there for 8:50. On the bill they add a 12.5% tip on there. I had said prior we didn’t want that on however at the end we had been there that long we never took it off as we had been there hours and was already running late. £197 4 of us with no difference to a fast food place, staff were good and trying to upsell as most do but everything has got smaller, the pizza was smaller than before, the layout wasn’t like before as massively cut costs to the point it’s what’s quick and cheap. The experience i thought they can’t be bothered any longer ether

Sorry but at that price it’s a weeks shopping for nothing more then having a take away as something extra, this place just didn’t work no wonder people don’t go back

Yes I am in business myself but work out the costs pizza and drinks around £25 person, that’s with profit at £100 but almost £200 for similar to McDonald is just greed

We won’t be back again sorry it’s just not worth it, better to have a party at home
