Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star, I’d give it nothing if I could. I ordered at 10:54 a 10” pepperoni pizza and large chips. I received this order at half past 11. However it was incorrect the order and they sent me a garlic bread instead. I rang the shop to say I wanted a pizza sending and he hung up on me. I rang again and he said he was going to get the manager to call me back - I never received a call back. So my boyfriend then rang and the man got us to send screenshots of the order and the confirmation and a photo of the garlic bread. He said he was going to get one sent. It’s been an hour now waiting for this pizza I ordered 2 hours ago. I rang him just now and he said he’ll send it now an hour after he said that the first time. He said delivery is really busy but I originally ordered 2 hours ago and still haven’t received the correct order I paid for. NEVER AGAIN Took 1hour 25 minutes for my delivery. It would help If the man taking orders could speak English. It took 10 mins to explain my address. I rang atleast 6 times asking where my food was as I was up for work Md he just lied through his teeth. It be 2 minutes. It be 10 minutes It be 5 minutes he just round the corner........ just a pack of lies. I Ordered doner kebab meal no salad and sauce separate. It turned up as Doner meat no bread COLD the meat was like cardboard and a mountain of salad and covered in sauce. The man with such poor English on my last call said we only have 1 deriver and we are so busy - that's not my problem why didn't you say that when I said how long will it take and instead you tell a pack of lies. GO ELSEWHERE there are much better kebabs and much better delivery elsewhere. Very very poor service. They told me £13 for done meal and 2x cans coke which is very expensive I gave the driver £20 and when I checked my change he charged me £16 for...

I think the best thing about their food is the Shawarma! I've done 2 orders on separate occasions and the foods been great! However today I did an order for a Shawarma on its own with just salad and mayo....(I did the order through their website online)....instead I got..a Shawarma with chips and mayo ontop of pitta bread!! I can't complain coz I ended up paying less and getting more of another combination! LOL! So its good job I was okay with it but anyone else I don't think would be impressed! I mean I did an online order which shouldn't have gone wrong! I even rechecked my order receipt thinking I might have selected the items wrong but the receipt was correct whereas the food delivered was incorrect...it didn't match what I ordered. But like I said its fine I got no issues. Just make sure it doesn't happen again otherwise my next feedback...
