Pizza on the beach !!!! 😋 . Good quality pizza and even better deals (£7 large pizza ) in a area where it seemed to me quite expensive to get a bite out . Disgraceful service tonight. Told I would have to wait.1.5 hours and after amost two hours called to enquire where my meal was. Jo shift manager was stressed beyond belief, couldn't find order and blaming being busy etc, surely this national chain expects to be busy. She didnt seem sincere in her apology or compensation policy.If she cant cope with pressure should she be in charge. So sarcastic asking if I wanted to go and train her team. Will need to speak with store and regional manager to check if that is part of the company customer care policy , she said she wasnt sure of customer care guidelines. I can’t believe we went on Wednesday 20th November at 17.55 ordered a take away for 18.30. and went for a quick drink next door. Ray ordered a spicy pizza and I ordered a gluten free hawain pizza , been a coeliac for 30 years. Came back exactly on time and they had forgotten to cook my GLUTEN FREE pizza, I was so angry i got a full refund and left. I ordered a pepperoni passion pizza on just eat that was £10.99 and the pizza absolutely tiny. 11 quid for 4 tiny slices. i asked the delivery driver wheres the pizza was because it was so small for 11 pound i was confused and the driver was giving me attitude then walked off to his car. Also chips that i ordered were vile, it tasted like i was munching on cardboard, I had 3 chips and just threw them out. the order come too 20 pound for a super tiny pizza, disgusting chips and a dip.
