I recently had the pleasure of dining at Acordo Lounge in Deal, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Nestled in the charming town of Deal, this vibrant and eclectic restaurant offers a unique and welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home.
The decor is a delightful mix of contemporary and vintage styles, with cozy seating and warm lighting that creates an inviting ambiance. Whether you're there for a casual meal or a special occasion, Acordo Lounge provides the perfect setting.
The menu is diverse and caters to all tastes and dietary preferences. As a vegetarian, I was thrilled with the variety of options available. The dishes are thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the sweet potato and black bean burrito, which was bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced with a side of zesty lime crema.
The drink selection is equally impressive, featuring a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and an extensive list of wines and craft beers. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to recommend the perfect pairing for your meal.
What truly sets Acordo Lounge apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring you have a wonderful dining experience. They go above and beyond to accommodate any special requests and make you feel valued as a guest.
Overall, Acordo Lounge is a gem in Deal that combines delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding service. Whether you're a local or just visiting, it's a must-visit destination that will leave you...

I recently visited Acordo Lounge in Deal with a party of seven, including two small children, and unfortunately, it was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had.
Upon arrival, we were seated at a filthy table, which was already a bad start. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, we were completely ignored by staff for several minutes. When we finally managed to request menus, we were given only two for our entire group, with no children’s menu provided.
After asking a staff member for a kids’ menu, we were met with an incredibly rude and dismissive response. They gruffly went to look for one but never returned, instead choosing to serve someone else at the bar while leaving me standing there awkwardly, completely ignored. When I asked another staff member—who, to my disbelief, turned out to be the manager—he also couldn’t locate a children’s menu. Rather than resolving the issue, he continued seating other guests, once again leaving me standing without any assistance.
After waiting 15–20 minutes without menus or any staff member showing even the slightest interest in serving us, we decided to leave. I approached the manager to express my disappointment, but his response was nothing short of apathetic. Hands in pockets, dressed in shorts, trainers, and a t-shirt, he simply shrugged and muttered a disinterested “sorry,” making it clear he couldn’t care less about our experience.
This visit was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The lack of cleanliness, appalling customer service, and shockingly unprofessional management make this a place I would strongly advise...
Read moreOverall, i would not go back. The main I ordered was delicious though the description was"a bit misleading as a loaded flatbread, which was not loaded, but just covered like a pizza. However I ordered two drinks and both were very disappointing. The first was a cold drink and had not been stirred so all the syrop was at the bottome of the glass. They claimed this cannot be helped but I'm sure stirring it up would have helped or even explain to me i'll need to stir before drinking as i got a mouthful of syrup to start and then it was all water. The hot chocolate I ordered was revolting, It wasn't hot and it had hardly any chocolate in it. I couldn't even finish it. It was the service that really let it down. Assistants were yacking away behind the bar, not even attentive at all to customers needs. They were so embroiled in their chatter that one of them actually jumped out of her skin when she saw me waiting at the bar. I was confused by the fact they said you could order on an app and wondered if that's why they totally ignored me and didn't come up to ask if I would like anything else even though the place was nearly empty. So I went to the bar. However I've been in many other lounges, used to regularly visit one in Bristol and one in Weston supermare, and here they would come and collect your plates and you could ask them for something else. I am sorry to be so negative but really the service people need to pay a bit more attention to their customers and see if they need anything, and not be surprised when they are actually...
