I honestly don't get why all the positive reviews for this place? I'm gutted, been putting off ordering for a while, but after seeing the reviews staying consistant, I thought I'd try it out.

If you can't be bothered to read it all. Long story short. Foods nothing like pictures or as advertised. Its the level of a basic home cook. There's no fresh ingredients, flavour or passion. If you want to see the real level look at the pictures of the burgers on the apps. That's the quality and care put Into the product

I ordered a few things so I'll go through it all.

Spring rolls: nothing like pictures. They aren't four large crisps rolls. They're cheap small ones. Grey and soggy. Tragic.

Crispy chicken noodle: no sauce or seasoning. Literally a stodgy clump of noodles, dry. No sauce running through, no veg and the chicken seems frozen and cut up with scissors. There's no flavour at all.

Crispy chicken wings. Salt pepper: literally not crispy. Oven baked. No crispy skin. No skin at all. Not salt and pepper and just sat in a puddle of oil. Awful

Chicken ramen soup: not a soup at all just a very weak watery brother. Chicken boiled in there. Chicken seems frozen also. Closer to advertised food but flavourless and dull.

The reviews must be from friends or people that can't cook. It truly is bottom tier home...

❌️DO NOT ORDER THROUGH BOWL & BUNS OFFICIAL WEBSITE❌️scam! Placed an order through the official website for a food delivery- was given an order number and money was taken from bank. An hour later and food still hadn't arrived. We called 7/8 times with no answer, eventually someone answered the phone call and was very vague, stated they don't accept orders through their website anymore due to new management owners and there was basically nothing they could do about my lost payment and no food. Kept cutting us off resulting in us having to keep calling back. When I asked about my refund. I got told they don't offer refund as their website goes through YOYO delivery service so I have to go through that to get a refund. Terrible customer service, rude and unhelpful.
