Burger King — Restaurant in Dudley

Avoid at all costs. On Sat 29th of July I visited this store to get some food for my family and friend who was with me . As soon as we went to order we was told there was no cold soft drinks and no hot drinks at all and some items on good menu wasn't available. We managed to order food for the 6 of us and kids had five slices and we had milkshakes as nothing else to choose from. I have IBS so have to keep my dairy intake low but as there choice was limited and I needed a drink I had to have one. After 15 minutes food come and we left. Once I got back we opened it up to discover the 3 kids meals wasn't in there normal bags and no toys had been included. The chicken nuggets was dry and my kids refused to eat them and there no fussy normally. The burglars was ok but little dry and milkshakes was very sweet tasting a lot more than normal. After 30 minutes 1 of us was sick few minutes later next one started and my belly was extremely bad the only thing we had in common was the milkshake. Dudley environmental health are investigating and made complaint to burger king. The store said we are experiencing staffing problems and awaiting a delivery that's no excuse to...

I wouldn't even give this 1 star but I couldn't give anything less...

I've never been to a burger King in my life so thought I'd give it a try... I have NEVER given a bad review on food restaurants before as I usually have a great experience. However, I will make an exception for this. It took me a good 6 minutes before I was even served, and when I did I got served by the most rudest unfriendly girl I've ever come across, took my food order like a zombie with lack of communication AND just threw my change at me... Not to mention she got my food order completely wrong!! I'm not one to criticise food as I've worked in food restaurants before and understand how frustrating it can be in this weather, however, £7 odd for a burger which was called King xxl or something, and it was no more bigger than a microwavable burger you pick up from Iceland. Just because you give your burgers fancy names, doesn't hide the fact that they are NOT worth that much. I know nothing gets done with the reviews and it's probably pointless even writing one. But honestly, my opinion, I'd avoid it and stick to McDonald's in future. Nicer staff and better food...

I wouldn't even rate this but it wouldn't let me put no stars... I've been there about 4 times in the past 3 weeks due to it being the only place open during my work lunch break .... the first time .. omg the girl behind the till had a face on her like a bulldog arse.. I go to the till and she just looks at me and asks... what do you want... 2nd and 3rd time was just a wait.. and the 4th time which was today you had.. 3 members of staff sat outside smoking, swearing and just having a good old catchup.. inside there was no one at the tills... I waited there for 10 mins while 2 members of staff where having a laugh and a joke in the back office.. despite numerous attempts at trying to get their attention... all this and there was a member of staff just eating away right behind me.. looking at me like I just ate his last rolo... a further 5 mins waiting then I just ended up shouting.. is anyone serving here today.. before a lady come bouncing through the kitchen into the till area.. now this woman looked like a manager there.. but seemed oblivious to what was going around there.. absolute...
