Very bad customer service from today 29th July 2021 at 10.45pm in merryhill outside one, from a young small heighten cashier asian boy. We got there and went through the drive thru he was not patient and very pushy and very rude just so he can go home early.
What happend was we wanted to use the kfc app and use the deal meal offer. There was 4 us and we wanted to pay separately. He said he can only do 2 orders due to time but there was plenty of time. He said you can add it on one order but i tried to explain to him we can only pay and use the kfc app deal once per transaction. He then took 3 orders. We had one more order to do but he refused to and close the window. We said one more order please. Before he closed the window he claimed that there was 5 minutes left its too late when there was actually 10 min left. We was so disappointed in the service he had provided. He did not listen to what we had to say. We wanted to order one more as my sister didnt get to place her order. Because of him we had to give my sister our food and share. We knocked on the window for his attention and he and his other colleagues ignored us. We was so disappointed in the service he had provided. Plus after he gave us the food there was no receipt no plates or sauses. And we asked him again to place one more order he said go elsewhere.This is not great on kfc reputation. We even said cant you give us the food thats left over we will pay as they were going to close. He said rudley its in the bin now. When he gave us the bag he had literally dumped everything in the bag the chips and burger was everywhere in the bag no care at all. I was greeted with genuine smiles and a friendly attitude, which set the tone for the entire visit. They were attentive without being overbearing, taking the time to ensure my order was correct and served exactly how I wanted it. Their professionalism combined with their warmth really stood out—it felt like they cared about each customer, not just rushing through transactions.

Read moreI visited this store on 14-11-2018 as an Independent mystery shopper. I ordered Large Fillet Tower Meal, With Pepsi Max Cherry NO ICE- I specified numerous times. Reciept shows I was served by mumtaz however the staff member was Saliya. I could hear the drive through orders, the burger was thrown into the box even though there was 2 customers in shop. I had asked for no ice and had to get it changed twice. when I returned the drink and stated I had asked for no ice she replied "Did You!" the fries where extremely crispy almost tasting re-heated. I asked to speak to the manager about sticky floors in the toilet, 5 heads came out of the office with staff arguing about who was the manager, no your manager etc. I finally spoke to a sarcastic manager and asked for a refund this was refused. I spoke to another staff member outside who was from another KFC resturant who appologised and said a refund should have been given. I returned a few days later and spoke to the Owner of the restaurant he said he will check cctv to see if im lying about visiting even though I had a receipt.
