Stopped by here for lunch while in the city without a booking. Three courses for Ā£10, and my son loves Indian and Nepalese food. What a blooming amazing find. The restaurant isn’t particularly fancy but service is quick and slick. Portion sizes were great for a set price lunch menu and the menu was pretty extensive. Loads of vegan options, I had the aubergine curry and it was one of the best curries I’ve had in years. Including London, Edinburgh, Glasgow - this was so good. Other son had the kids western menu (boo) but happily finished it. Slight mix up with bill pricing but this was quickly rectified - brilliant restaurant and my son is begging to go back asap.

I had a beautiful lunch here while visiting on holiday. Service was excellent, food was delicious, and most importantly I left with a smile and full belly. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Dunfermline looking for authentic Indian/Nepalese cuisine! The vegetable pakora and chicken & mushroom curry is fantasticšŸ™‚

We hadn’t been here for a while as unfortunately our last visit to Basil the service was really poor however, wanted to try again as under new management. Food was delicious (same chef) and staff were lovely. Would recommend!

What's happened to Luigis? Had lunch with my friend today and the food was very poor. I had to send back the starter (never done that before) as it was so small and lacking in ingredients advertised in the menu. Another starter arrived which was nice of them to update it but it tasted so bad and still so small it was horrible and I couldn't eat it. My main meal arrived and I could not eat it either. That was served on a small tea plate too. It tasted of grease instead of the advertised creamy mushroom sauce. I tried to eat it so as not to offend but I couldn't force myself. The staff are nice and it's a shame how bad it was. I was offered another meal but I couldn't get the taste of grease out my mouth and thought I was going to throw up. I feel they should have offered to deduct the bad food from my bill but they didn't. If they had offered I probably would have paid anyway because of the staff. I did tell them how bad it was because they asked me. For the first time anywhere I did not leave a tip when I paid the bill. After using Luigis for many years I...

Dear staff & customers I don't say this Lightly........I have eaten from 100s of different takeaway's, restaurants, home's etc as I'm sure you'll have done also But Never have I tasted Amazing food so fresh, tasty & well prepared even down to the proper hot food packaging.Me & the Mrs absolutely loved the service you & your staff delivered to us promptly on a very busy night down in Leishman Drive. Also we ordered a set meal for 1 that served 3 generous adults size portions. Our order - Chicken pakora = best Ever Chicken pasander=Amazingly fresh Pilau rice = made 2 perfection 2x garlic chipattis=perfect recipe Also even the spice onions aswell as the pakora sauce was like nothing we have ever tasted OMG SO on that note we both think the chef, owner & staff deserve the credit for such a great experience. This is definitely our place of choice from now...

I popped in here whilst away with work on a weekday. Absolutely fantastic from the moment I walked in. Great atmosphere and lovely service. I had the Rara Ghost lamb ( chunks of lamb and mince in a mild-mid spice creamy sauce) Garlic naan and mushroom rice. On first visual impression I was amazed at the quality of the sundries. They looked the quality that you would get in the kind of restaurant that costs twice as much as this place. On tasting everything was amazing. Naan - authentic and very garlicy. Mushroom rice - rice was delicately flavoured, not too oily and the mushrooms were cooked fantastically. The Rara was great. I'd usually have a spicier dish but this was a welcome change of pace. The chunks of lamb were cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth.

I never give reviews even though I go to a lot of places. Absolutely...
