Ordered and dined in here for years. More recently though on our last 3 deliveries and unfortunately for the last time we have ordered today. After a conversation 2 weeks ago about massive delays in the delivery time (1hr 50m after being told 45min) we gave it another go today. An order placed at 5:20 we were guaranteed no more than an hour for delivery. After an 90 minute wait though, I tried to call and spent the next 25minutes trying to call constantly before the driver eventually arrived. I expect we were not the only ones trying to call chasing up as I suspect the phone was just taken off the hook tbh. I don’t blame the drivers as they can only deliver as quick as given the food !

If it’s going to be that long just be honest and let the customer decide if willing to wait, seems they are happy to take order and your £40-£50 knowing they will be will take almost 2hrs to deliver.

After an epic day drinking in the Cranny Bar, we start on the Corona and then move to the 3 second second pour of gins. Last time The B Man brought vodka that looked like gin and nobody noticed it was gin and we all said what a tasty gin this vodka was. At around 7 pm, our food arrives. Hobs tries to play it cool and say he is not hungry, but he always stuffs his face, and one time, he ate 50 chicken pakora, the dirty beast that he is. B Man always gets the spicy curry's because he is the best and extra pakora sauce because he is the best. Top tip, curry man, always give extra sauce and free naan or poppadoms when you receive an order from The Cranny Bar. Keep up...

Very disappointed with family meal for special occasion. Waited 30 mins for a drink then had to call someone over to take food order. All together the starter came out 1.5 hours after we sat down. Chicken pakora was like dry no spice. Then another hour for meal course after i chased up again. By this point i did not eat my meal which was too late for me. The sauce is the same for butter chicken with korma just a splash of coconut was the difference. No one at any point as us if we needed anything or how our meal was. Every step we had to chase up. Not the family meal i would have liked or planned. All our party wont return. No service . But deliveries were flying...
