I was a regular customer for last two years, getting my coffee on the go almost every day on the way to work,or for a walk with my baby. Many time's I've meet my family or friends there for coffee, lunch or cake. Under old management they were always open 7am no delay so I could always grab coffee and breakfast on the go... not any more. New opening times are ridiculous. Only one member of the old team is still keeping the place going. All of my family is now waiting for the coffee #1 to open as even the hot chocolate went downhill. It's very sad. Add to that older women with dogs, sat on sofas with dog on the sofa for at least 4/5 hours, same people still there when we went back. Talking and shouting loudly about politics . A wholly unpleasant experience . I would not want to visit again and sit on dog hairy sofas and dirty toilets with people that seem to have moved in. The barista looked at me, laughed, and kept repeating “hot soy milk.” She then asked me again, “Hot soy milk?” I said yes, please. She laughed and said she had never heard of it before. She then said, “Everyone to their own, I suppose?” It made me feel really awkward. I’ve never had that issue before, and we’ve always had the same order at every other coffee shops, branded or not.
